Fair Jobs

FairJobs is an innovative action-research project and documentary exploring the exploitation of EU workers in the Dutch temporary employment sector.

Through workshops, festivals (like The Future of Work and Who Owns the Economy), and artistic interventions, FairJobs engages migrants, activists, and policymakers to challenge exploitative practices. The project’s film and pilot programs test new business models, worker-centered approaches, and community-driven solutions, with a focus on the Netherlands-Bulgaria migration corridor.

Driftwood Audio contributed to the project’s impact with sound design, music, and mixing, helping amplify its urgent call for equity in labor.

Also, Giliam fell off a horse in the process.
